We currently have a unique prospect for a contractor to join the team as a hands‐on Fitter/Fabricator. You will work on a contract basis as a team member in the group's production activities. A background as a fitter/fabricator, particularly in the agricultural sector, is essential for success in this role. A person who has experience dealing with customers to problem solve is a critical skill we are seeking.

Key responsibilities

Work on welding, fitting and manufacturing activities, particularly stockfeed milling or similar process
n
Work with customers directly on product and technical solutions
n
Maintain attention to detail and organisation in production activities
n
Uphold safety and quality standards and good manufacturing practices
n
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency
n

About you
n
n
Experience in welding, fitting and manufacturing,



particularly stockfeed milling or similar process
n
Experience working with customers directly on product and technical solutions
n
Ability to manage your work schedules
n
Attention to detail and organisation
n
A solid understanding of safety and quality standards and good manufacturing practices
n
Resourceful and logical thinker with an eye for improving efficiency
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
A current unrestricted driver's licence and forklift licence
n
