AIA Australia is seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join the Health contact centre in Melbourne. You will provide real-time management, scheduling, reporting and performance insights to the Member Experience function, ensuring resources meet service standards and business objectives.

The role requires forecast, capacity planning, and data-driven decision making, partnering with leaders to optimise contact centre and administration performance. Hybrid work is offered.
