Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide protected, compassionate clinical care for residents with diverse and complex needs in residential aged care. You will work with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to identify changes early and support each resident's quality of life, including assessments, medication administration, documentation and infection prevention.
