The Government Recruitment Service is recruiting for a Team Leader in Root Cause Analysis (RCAT) within IRIS, Northampton. You will lead EO analysts, inspire collaboration across the Department, and drive risk assessment capabilities to reduce fraud and error in the benefit system.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, manage stakeholders, and represent IRIS at internal and external forums. Occasional travel may be required.
