Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor's Premium brands, have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated qualified to join our dynamic and growing team as Night Manager.
n
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will oversee the efficient running of the Front Office department during the overnight shift (11pm – 7am) on Full Time basis, 5 nights/week.

Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):
n
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation,



maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of our guests and the property
n
Undertake daily reconciliation of the Hotel's trading, including the checking and preparation of reports, audits and collating necessary paperwork
n
Decision making relating to any operational or reporting issues
n
Support the Front Office team through effective communication
n
About You
n
The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
n
Previous experience in a similar role in 4 to 5-star hotel environment
n
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
n
Valid (or willing to obtain) First Aid Certification and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
n
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs especially with Excel skills, MICROS and Opera Cloud.
