Cambridge Road Play and Learn is seeking a Centre Director to lead day-to-day operations with a strong emphasis on maintaining protected, inclusive environments for children and families. You will partner with the leadership team to ensure high-quality care and education in line with NQS and QIP.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved) and proven leadership experience in a childcare setting, plus current WWCC and essential first aid qualifications.
