About the Role n
We are seeking a passionate
Physiotherapist
to join our fully community-based team.
n
This role involves travelling to clients in their own homes across your allocated area.You will support clients with mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals, helping them remain independent and engaged in their everyday lives.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
n
Conduct physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes
n
n
Develop and deliver personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
n
n
Support mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals
n
n
Work collaboratively with clients, families and other healthcare professionals
n
n
Complete clinical documentation and track client outcomes
n
n




Travel throughout your allocated community area to provide services
n
What We're Looking For n
n
n
Qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration
n
n
Experience in
aged care, community health or NDIS
is highly regarded
n
n
Strong clinical reasoning and a person-centred approach
n
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
n
Ability to work independently in a
mobile, community-based role
n
n
Valid Australian working rights and relevant insurances
n
