You will be the face of Technology Support at sites, visiting regularly, building trusted relationships with clinical and operational staff to ensure services support safe care delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of end-user support, robust ITIL knowledge, and proficiency with AD, Exchange Online, M365, Intune, Citrix, and end-user hardware.
