Job Description
Bolton Clarke seeks a Quality & Risk Specialist to support secure, high‐quality care across residential aged care homes. You will work with operational and clinical teams to strengthen compliance with the Quality Management System and ACQSC/NDIS standards.

Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, you will conduct audits, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory knowledge and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
