About the Role
In this
full-time position
you'll support the daily operations of our market store, working hands‐on while guiding the team to deliver great service, consistently high product quality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily running of shifts, staff workflows and maintaining high standard of customer service and product quality. This role is essential to upholding our brand values and delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with doughnut preparation, cooking, and service
Provide direction and support to team members
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards
Serve customers and operate the POS
Manage stock rotation and restocking
Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and reconciliation of POS




Weekly stocktake and ordering to internal & external suppliers
Help keep the venue running smoothly and safely
Communicating effectively with management regarding operational issues, staff concerns and customer feedback
What We're Looking For
Experience in rapid food, hospitality, or fast paced retail
Confidence leading small teams
Knowledge of food safety, health and hygiene regulations and best practice
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
Positive, hands‐on attitude and a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Coffee experience a big plus
Current First Aid and Food Safety certifications or willingness to obtain them
Must have weekday availability on market days (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) and also weekend shifts.
