Job Description
Smith & Co Group in Queensland is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide painting crews on commercial sites across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. You'll lead hands-on daily work and ensure tasks are done safely and to a high standard.

You'll motivate the team, organise priorities, read project scopes and drawings, and maintain quality finishes while reporting progress to the supervisor. 3–5+ years painting experience and a White Card are required.
