What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Managing an established portfolio of approximately 130 properties
n
Managing landlord and tenant relationships
n
Handling day-to-day Property Management requirements
n
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
n
Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
n
Managing arrears and tenancy matters
n
Conducting routine inspections
n
Liaising with contractors and service providers
n




Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
n
Working closely with the leasing team
n
Providing end-to-end leasing support where required
n
Ensuring a high level of service is delivered to landlords and tenants
n

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Approximately 12 months of Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage a portfolio independently
n
Good understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
n
Professional and reliable approach
n
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
n
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent
n
