SYC is seeking an Employment Coach to deliver high‐quality employment services under the Workforce Australia program. The role involves one-to-one coaching, career assessments, and developing personalised action plans to help participants progress toward employment goals.

The position is based at SYC's Berri site with outreach to Loxton, Waikerie and Renmark. The successful candidate will work autonomously within a supportive team and help connect participants with local employers.
