Adventist Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to support older people across Alstonville and Tweed Heads. You will deliver personalised home care, coordinate services, and build meaningful relationships with clients, families and care teams.

Ideal candidates will be qualified in Individual Support or related fields, experienced in assessments and team leadership, with CHSP knowledge and a current Driver Licence, NDIS Screening, and First Aid.
