Job Description
Tresillian Tweed is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to join the 2U Services team in Tweed on a permanent part time basis (20 hours per week, Mon-Fri). The role delivers culturally appropriate support to Aboriginal families with children aged 0-3, from the Murwillumbah Hospital van on a rotational service, including consultations, group programs and community outreach.

You will work with Child and Family Health Nurses, contribute to care planning, and collaborate with Elders to adapt services
