To be considered you will need to be able to provide evidence of:

AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia.

2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
n
Flu Vaccination.
n
Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months).
n
100 Points of ID.
n
Valid work Rights.
n
Current CPR & First Aid.
n
NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain

What will you be doing? RN
n
n
Clinical care of residents
n
Documenting resident's condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
n
Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
n
Infection control and prevention.
n
Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
n
Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
n
Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
n
Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
