Customer Claims Consultant - Home | Entry Level | 3-Month Contract
We are looking for driven, compassionate individuals to join our Home Claims team on a fixed term basis this summer. These are real roles and from day one you will be working on real cases and supporting real customers, with full training provided.
This role is ideally suited to someone available full time from 30 November **** through to late February ****, with the potential to transition to part time arrangements after that period (subject to business need and performance).
The Details
Start Date: 30 November ****
Duration: 3 months
Location: North Lakes
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 4pm
What You Will Do
Be the first point of contact for customers navigating a home insurance claim
Review reports from builders, engineers and suppliers to make informed decisions
Build relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers to drive the best outcomes
Develop skills in customer communication, claims management and compliance

No prior insurance experience is required, we will provide everything you need to succeed. We are looking for people who bring the right attitude.




Working towards or holding a tertiary qualification in any discipline
Genuine passion for helping people
Robust communicator with good time management
Available full time for the duration of the contract from 30 November ****
