Job Description
Journey Connect is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to work with children, adolescents and adults with complex needs in Townsville.
The role focuses on assessment, formulation and intervention within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
You will develop and implement Functional Behaviour Assessments, PBSPs, and risk management plans while coaching families and schools.
A degree in a relevant field and NDIS clearances are required.
