Job Description
Golden Heart Services is seeking compassionate Support Workers for Inner West and Eastern Suburbs locations in NSW. The role covers Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community participation, with a casual and part time mix.

You will provide holistic support to individuals with psychosocial and intellectual disabilities, including ASD, in SIL and community settings, applying trauma-informed, person-centred care and strong documentation practices.
