Department of Justice, Queensland – Brisbane is seeking a capable leader to head the DCIR team within the RBDM services, coordinating resources and guiding staff to deliver high-quality outcomes in line with policy and legislative requirements.
You will provide performance management, mentoring and coaching to staff, manage sensitive donor conception records and applications, and act as escalation point for complex matters while maintaining solid stakeholder relationships.
