As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will operate at the intersection of B2B partnership building and brand promotion.
Your primary mission is to secure land supply, activate third-party sales networks, and maintain a seamless bridge between land developers, external sales groups, and direct clients.
You will also take a proactive role in promoting the business through local marketing initiatives and industry networking events.
Key responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external sales groups and channel partners to drive volume sales
Liaise directly with land developers to source, secure, and package prime land allocations before they hit the open market
Step in as the senior touchpoint for premium clients, ensuring their buying journey is seamless and aligned with partners' expectations
Champion local marketing campaigns, leverage digital platforms, and represent the company at industry events to elevate market presence
Act as the central conduit, ensuring land supply, channel sales capacity, and client demand are perfectly synchronised




About you
Minimum 3–5 years of sales or BDM experience specifically within property, real estate, residential construction, or project marketing
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with land developers and external sales networks
Comfortable with promotional strategies, public speaking, and advertising the business to attract organic leads
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex, multi-party agreements
Current real estate registration/licence (if applicable to your state)
Valid driver's licence
Robust base salary coupled with a commission structure tied to channel performance
High levels of autonomy and trust to map out your own territory, run your own promotional initiatives, and build your network
Direct line of report to senior leadership with opportunities to transition into a Sales Director or Head of Channels role
