Job Description
Macs Beach Cafe is seeking a hands-on cafe supervisor to ensure a excellent customer experience across venues.
You will train junior staff, manage rosters with the manager, and step in as acting supervisor when the cafe manager is away, ensuring open/close and quality output at all times.
You will welcome customers by understanding coffee interests, educate on the menu, maintain stock and equipment, and seek opportunities to enhance the cafe's offerings and reputation.
