Job Description
Veritas Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to manage the full employee lifecycle for about 150 staff across VIC, SA and TAS.
You will report to the CEO and act as the main point of contact for people matters, handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll changes and HR compliance.
The role requires strong HR expertise in manufacturing or related sectors, knowledge of Fair Work and contemporary awards, and experience with HR systems such as Employment Hero and Power BI for reporting.
