Due to sustained growth and internal team changes, this permanent role is suited to a Special Counsel level oreither a Senior Associate (seeking a pathway to SC) who is seeking a leadership opportunity, high-quality work and true career growth.
About the Role:
You'll work across a broad range of front and back-end employment law matters, with a particular focus on advising organisations in the education, healthcare, local government, aged care, and NFP sectors.
You'll deliver advice on performance management, governance, workplace compliance, contracts, policies, and industrial relations – with the chance to tailor your mix based on your strengths and interests.
