What you'll be doing
Lead and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business and OEM objectives.
Drive sales growth, market share and profitability across the Mercedes-Benz Vans portfolio.
Coach, mentor and develop Mercedes-Benz Van Sales Consultants.
Build robust relationships with fleet, commercial and business customers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region.
Manage sales forecasting,



pipeline performance and reporting.
Work closely with Aftersales, National Fleet and Finance teams to maximise customer outcomes.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer excellence.
What we're looking for
Proven sales leadership experience within automotive, commercial vehicles, transport, industrial equipment or a related industry.
Demonstrated success growing sales, market share and customer relationships.
Experience leading and developing sales teams.
Strong business development and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
A proactive, customer-focused leadership style.
Experience working across multiple locations or territories will be highly regarded.
