About the Role
Working closely with our experienced consultants, you will provide recruitment support across a diverse portfolio of clients and roles.
This is a hands-on position where you'll contribute to the delivery of quality recruitment outcomes while developing strong candidate and client relationships.
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and proactive search methods
Candidate screening, interviewing and shortlisting




Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
ork closely with consultants to manage workload and ensure efficient delivery of roles
Maintain and utilise recruitment systems ensuring data integrity and system compliance
About You
We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, initiative and a team-first attitude.
You enjoy working in a fast-moving workplace, can manage competing priorities and are comfortable engaging with candidates across a variety of industries and skill levels.
Ideally, you will:
Have approx.
1-2 years experience executing recruitment across industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technical or high-volume environments.
Apply a mature and flexible approach to providing adhoc support as needed
Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a fun and positive culture.
Have a detailed understanding of best practice recruitment methodology, systems and processes.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, contributes positively to the workplace culture and is happy to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed.
