Job Description
Ridley is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance across our operations in Australia.
You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with site leaders, production teams, contractors and Engineering to ensure plant and equipment are protected, reliable and available for production.
This hands-on role covers planned, reactive and shutdown maintenance, and involves managing costs, asset care and continuous improvement
