Job Description
Madison Marcus Law Firm in Sydney CBD seeks a Senior Associate to join the Mergers, Acquisitions & Commercial (MAC) team.
The role covers non-standard property transactions, JV agreements, capital raising for start-ups, IP, shareholder agreements, and corporate structuring advice.
Reporting to the Divisional Partner, you will be part of a close-knit, growth-oriented team with robust support.
The ideal candidate has 4-6 years PQE, property/leasing experience, excellent written and verbal
