Job Description
La Trobe University is seeking a Senior Officer, Customer Care on a casual basis to support inbound and outbound enquiries from students.
This role requires flexibility to cover peak periods (Dec ****–Mar ****) with 3 days minimum for part time workers and full-time/casual options available.
You will handle inquiries via phone, in person, CRM and live chat, delivering accurate, timely information and high-quality service.
