Eastern Health is seeking a Case Manager - Mental Health Clinician for the Older Persons Community Team.
The role supports recovery-based case management for consumers and works within a multi-disciplinary team across Ringwood sites and Peter James Centre.
Qualified applicants include Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists or Registered Psychiatric Nurses with mental health experience.
Opportunities exist for casual, permanent part time and full-time roles, with in office parking
