Casual Concierge required for Friday and Saturday night shifts
Support the team at St Joseph Mews located in Hawthorn
Competitive hourly rate + casual loading + NFP salary packaging benefits
As a Concierge you will residents with their day-to-day requests attending to lifestyle and hospitality requests, arranging transport, assisting with medical requirements.
You will maintain the presentation of the common areas and assist with food and beverage service in a variety of settings assisting with in-house functions and events.
Friday 5.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm - 8.00am sleepover 8.00am – *****am reception Saturday.
Saturday 6.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm-8.00am sleepover 8.00am -*****am reception Sunday

Attending to the residents requirements, assisting to arrange transport etc
Assisting with food and beverage service in the café and at events

Food and table service, barista and bar service experience required
Excellent customer service skill and attention to detail
Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
First Aid Level 2 Certificate and CPR
Robust interpersonal and influencing skills.
