E4 People is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for an 80-bed residential aged care home near Lakembais.
You will provide hands-on clinical leadership to the RN and care teams while reporting to the Care Manager and working closely with the Facility Manager.
You will drive clinical standards, staff capability and resident outcomes in a supported environment with solid Head Office backing across Quality, Education, Governance, People & Culture, and Operations.
