Job Description
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with boat, engine, and marine accessory purchases while delivering a high level of customer service from first enquiry through to delivery.
Key responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right boat, motor, or marine product for their needs
Manage sales enquiries both in-store and online
Prepare quotes and sales paperwork
Maintain robust product knowledge across boats, engines, and accessories
Follow up leads and maintain customer relationships
Coordinate with the service and rigging departments to ensure smooth deliveries
Represent the business professionally at all times
About you
Previous sales experience preferred (marine, automotive, or similar industries highly regarded)
Passion for boating and the marine lifestyle
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Basic computer skills
