Job Description
Greca is a modern Greek taverna located riverside beneath Brisbane's Story Bridge.
We're a casual, high-volume kitchen delivering bold, Mediterranean flavours in a warm, team-focused environment.
We're looking for an experienced chef to join our busy kitchen, bringing skills in grilled meats and seafood to a produce-driven menu.
You'll work with premium ingredients, enjoy flexible hours, and have explicit pathways for development within The Apollo Restaurant Group family.
