Job Description
YMCA Victoria in Mount Alexander Shire (Newstead Pool) seeks an operations (lifeguard) team leader for part-time duties.
You will oversee the lifeguard team, recruit, train, and schedule staff, and support plant room operations while ensuring aquatic safety protocols are followed.
You will report to the Operations Coordinator, manage incident reporting and audits, and collaborate with centre leaders.
The role offers flexible schedule during peak seasons and access to YMCA benefits.
