Job Description
Hastings People is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a current pub opening in Melbourne's inner north. You will own day-to-day kitchen operations, develop a clean modern Australian menu and recruit a kitchen team, under the guidance of an Executive Chef.

Joining the group in late **** to support summer events, you will shape the venue's food identity and establish systems and procedures ahead of the February **** opening, delivering quality, approachable hospitality to the local community.
