Office Assistant & Animal Care Attendant – Casual

AAA Metal Recycling / Senarabull is seeking a reliable and versatile Office Assistant & Animal Care Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.
n
This is a unique and wide-ranging role that combines office administration, customer service and animal care. You will play an important part in assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of our operations while also helping care for our animals.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Your duties will include:
n
Operating a computer-based weighbridge system and accurately recording incoming and outgoing vehicles.
n
Assisting customers with enquiries and providing friendly, professional service.
n
Completing general administration duties, including filing and record keeping.
n
Conducting bank runs and cash reconciliations.
n
Completing general and ad hoc tasks as required.
n
Providing daily care and attention to our dogs and animals, ensuring their wellbeing and comfort.
n
Working across our Kwinana,



Malaga and Southern River locations as required.
n

n

Is reliable, punctual and dependable.

Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
n
Can multitask and manage a variety of duties throughout the day.

Has a friendly and professional approach to customer service.

Is confident using computers and willing to learn new systems.
n
Can work independently and take initiative.
n
Has reliable personal transport and a valid driver's licence.
