Job Description
Pinpoint Property Recruitment is assisting a client in Melbourne with an experienced Contracts and Commercial Manager to govern a national outsourced FM contract worth >$30m.
You will lead commercial governance, manage risk, and drive value across a dispersed portfolio, acting as the primary client-side interface with the FM provider.
You'll collaborate with Facilities, Property, Finance and Procurement teams to enforce contracts, monitor KPIs, manage variations, and deliver open-book reporting
