Job Description
BlueCare in Kingaroy Canowindra Aged Care Facility is seeking a Wellness Partner to lead engaging, person-centred wellness programs for residents. You will plan and deliver activities that support physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing in collaboration with residents, families and the care team.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent), a current Queensland driver licence, and proven ability to work with older people in aged care, with robust
