About the Role
n This is a rewarding role, managing a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties.



There is no leasing or trust accounting required-allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering outstanding service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
n
Managing lease renewals and rental reviews
n
Handling arrears and ensuring compliance with legislation
n
About You
n We're looking for someone who is professional, organised, and passionate about property management. Ideally, you will have:
n
Previous experience in property management
n
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Strong attention to detail and time management
n
A valid driver's licence
n
