We're looking for an experienced
Store Manager
to lead our team in South Yarra. This is a full-time, position where you'll play a key role in driving sales, engaging the team, and delivering top-tier customer service.
What You'll Do

Lead and support the retail team with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
n
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure brand standards are met
n
n
Manage store sales and KPIs
n
n
Work with the Regional Manager to boost sales and meet targets
n
n
Handle recruitment, team training, performance management, and compliance
n
n
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
n
n
Manage stock, admin tasks, and ensure a safe, healthy work environment
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
n
At least
2 years' experience
as a Store Manager (high-end retail preferred)
n




n
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
n
n
Results-driven, with a focus on customer service
n
n
Confident communicator with great people skills
n
n
Organised, reliable, and a problem-solver
n
n
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
n
n
Fluent in English
n
n
