Job Description
Westside Support Services Pty Ltd in Werribee is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist an active young person with complex disability and high support needs. The role involves 1:1, 2:1 and overnight shifts at home and in the community, supporting communication, regulation and independence.

The role requires trauma-informed practitioners with de-escalation skills, experience with autism/ID, and a gentle, calm approach.
