About the role
n
MSS Security is looking for Security Officer primarily responsible for providing a security presence, while also providing excellent customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, etc. in the AGL Macquarie power station, Muswellbrook.
n
Duties include but are not limited to:
n
n
Conducting foot patrols ensuring people are secure and buildings are secure
n
Escorting people around the site
n
Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required
n
Directing and helping people to navigate around the site
n
Writing reports in response to incidents
n
Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate are essential NSW Security Licence
n
Customer centric approach
n




Proven ability to remain alert while being focused on task
n
Flexibility and adaptability
n
n
