Jay Jays is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Northlakes store, helping drive sales, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced streetwear setting.
The role requires full-time availability, including weekends, late hours and public holidays.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to hit KPIs, manage stock, and keep the store fresh while fostering a positive, inclusive team culture and supporting visual merchandising efforts.
