Job Description
Crafting cocktails and running the bar with confidence
Helping out front of house — taking orders, serving, chatting with guests
Pitching in with end-of-night cleaning and close-down
Working as part of a genuine team where everyone helps each other out
What we're looking for:
Solid bar and cocktail-making experience
A friendly, versatile, can-do attitude — happy to turn your hand to whatever's needed on the night
Reliable and available across our Thursday–Sunday trading days
A team player who pitches in, not just clocks in
