Vito's in Sydney CBD is assembling an opening leadership team of experienced hospitality professionals.
You will work closely with the General Manager to establish culture, standards and service style from day one, across restaurant management, wine and bar operations.
Roles include Restaurant Management, Assistant Restaurant Management, Venue Sommelier, Bar Management, Maître D, all requiring a hands-on, floor-focused leadership approach and a passion for genuine hospitality.
