You will deliver timely intake, acute care and outreach within a agile multidisciplinary team, providing person-centred mental health care across the New England North West region.
The role offers a progressive hybrid model of care, combining face-to-face engagement with telehealth to reach diverse communities, with a 7‐day rotating roster to support work‐life balance and professional growth.
