Job Description
ALH Hotels' Buderim Tavern is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to be the right hand to the Head Chef.
You will run shift operations, mentor the team, and ensure every service runs smoothly in a high-volume kitchen.
We value leadership, a calm approach, and a passion for creating memorable dishes.
Applicants should have solid Sous Chef experience in pubs or similar venues and up-to-date food safety certifications.
