Job Description
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Lead Mixologist for our Sydney venue.
This part time role focuses on the day-to-day bar operations, crafting cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service.
You will manage cash, ensure a clean and stocked bar, and uphold safety policies in a lively team setting.
The ideal candidate has bar experience in F&B;, is a confident communicator, and holds a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate along with Food Safety
