You will manage warranty claims, credits and related service transactions, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution.
In this role you'll collaborate with internal teams and external service providers, investigate discrepancies, process invoices, and prepare reporting.
A proactive, process‐driven mindset and ERP experience (Dynamics/BC) are highly valued.
